This thesis mainly focus on the organized travel contract, using two typicalcases as the clue, and integrate the relevant provisions of "Travel Law" fully. This thesisstudies the overview of the travel contract, the two parties’ rights and obligations, thealternation and termination of organized travel contract, and finally, makes somesuggestions on the completing of organized travel contract.
