China's Information Corruption Punishment And Prevention Countermeasures

Ourcountry is in a critical period of economic transition and social transformation, withthe development economic, however, people’s binding of moral is falling down,leading to the occurrence of all kinds of corruption. Information corruption is a newkind of evolution of corruption, it is a new kind of corruption produced in the processof social informatization, it is more damaging, what’s more, the concealment of theinformation corruption is extremely strong, so it is more difficult to carry on theeffective regulation. National civil servants abuse their authorities obtaining insiderinformation of government or other public institutions to get benefit, will cause thetransfer of the public information resources, reduce the government’s authority andsocial participation, exacerbate social information differentiation, hinder the processof informatization. Multi-angle analyzes the concepts of information in differentpoints, based on analysising the characteristics of information corruption such as theconcealment of the information corruption is strong, which is difficult to regulationand the damage of it is enormously,to analysis the current situation of informationcorruption in our country, pointing out the causes and harm of information corruption,thus put forward the corresponding countermeasures to punish and prevent theinformation corruption. Hoping that it will play a meaningful reference through theresearch of prevention and control for information corruption can further raiseawareness of the integrity of national civil servants, improve the system ofanti-corruption regulations, standard the enforcement of administrative law,constantly moving forward the government course of rule of law.
