In today’s economic development change rapidly, as a special mode oftransmission of information of commercial advertising has been flourishing. At thesame time, fierce competition makes a lot of false advertising in China, seriouslyinfringed upon the interests of consumers, disrupting the normal socio-economic anddaily life. Among them, advertising is the most common form of advertising activity,spokesman for false advertising and endorsement by the event of the courtfrequentlyappear in newspapers. But due to the provisions of legal liability for False AdvertisingSpokesperson law of our country is very weak, so that such cases often end up losingcustomers, this is also one of the important reasons lead to the proliferation of falseadvertising.
