The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Democratic Party’s Social Service Under The New Situation

The multi-party cooperation and political consultation system Chinese under the leadership of the CPC is a basic political system in China. As a China characteristics of the participating parties, political participation,democratic supervision is a basic function of the Democratic parties, the Democratic Party’s social service work is the extension and expansion of political participation function, is the important practice of the democratic parties participate in the national economic and social development.With the multi-party cooperation under the leadership of the CPC entered a new stage of development, social service is an important work of democratic parties to fulfill the functions of the parties is also facing new challenges. So researching the Democratic Party’s social service work under the new situation, to effectively play their own advantages of democratic parties, find can play a unique role and made the breakthrough point, the effectiveness of combining point, innovating social service, enhance the capacity and level of participation in social management,reflecting the superiority of the multi-party cooperation system more fully, is an important topic in the democratic parties face.Based on the previous research, According to my own work experience and characteristics, through the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical study, following the "discusses the process of putting forward the problem,analysis of problem solving the problem", based on consulting a lot of related with the Democratic Party’s social service work in China, lots of people in the research on the theoretical results, Through analysing the functions of the Democratic Party’s social service work in performing the functions of participating parties and the successful experience of "Bijie test area",finding out the shortcomings of the Democratic Party’s social service work During the new period, analysing of their causes deeply, aimming at the crux of the problem, combined with the new situation,the new tasks, exploring concrete ways and means to further promote the development of the Democratic Party’s social service work in the new period, in order to better fulfill the functions of participating parties. The author hopes that this paper can provide the practice to try and support for the theoretical study of the Democratic Party’s social service work,and the better development of democratic social service work.
