Case Study For The Report Work Of Social Conditions And Public Opinions By Democratic Parties Of Sichuan Committee Of China Democratic League

China’s multi-party cooperation and political consultation system under the leadership of the Communist Party is the basic political system of China. The Communist Party of China maintains its position as the absolute ruling party, while other democratic parties involve in the country’s political life.Democratic parties basic functions are democratic supervision and participate in polotical consultation. One of the main ways to realize the function of democratic supervision and participate is to reflect all kinds of information of the society and public to the communist party, according to the specific situation and the working practice, and put forward feasible opinions or suggestions. It is related to not only the effectiveness of democratic parties to perform their duties and self-construction, but also the implementation of China’s multi-party cooperation system.It also plays an important role in building a socialist harmonious society.This paper is based on the background of the Communist Party of China’s strengthening socialist deliberative democracy construction and promoting inter party consultation.The main goal of this paper is to strengthen the function of democratic parties’ s report work of social information and public opinions in the new situation. It summarizes the main puzzles of the current democratic parties’ s report work of social information and public opinions through literature analysis.It uses public management theory such as organizational behavior theory, evaluation and incentive theory,combined with related research results from domestic and foreign studies to do case study for the democratic parties’ s report work of social information and public opinions of Sichuan Committee of China Democratic League from the three aspects of the establishment of institutional mechanisms, to enhance the party members’ political participation consciousness and ability, broaden the channels to collect information,and then based on the general conclusion accordingly,it provides a reference and inspiration for the democratic parties from other regions.
