Examples Range Of Government Information Disclosure Analysis

The scope of the government information publicity is the core of GovernmentalInformation Publicity System.It palys an important role in the protection of citizen’sright to know and building a transparent government.The Regulation of governmentinformation publicity provides guidance for the establishment of a transparentgovernment.But with the construction of legal government，government informationdisclosure system has some problems in the aspects of legislation and practicaloperation.Such as the obligor of publicity are lack of attention to the scope ofvoluntarily publicity.And the scope of exemption of publicity is too vague. Theseproblems are influencing the implementation effect of the government informationpublicity system.In this paper，I use several typical cases to reflect the issues of thescope of the government information publicity in the aspect of legislation andpractice.Then，I analysis the reasons of the issues and propose several practical adviceto the improvement of the scope of the government information disclosure，forexample，amending the laws and establishing supervision system.
