A Comparative Study Of Chinese And Russian Internet Governance

With the gradual development of technology, the gradual progress of the economy,Internet use has become very common, both in the most populous country in the vastterritory of China or Russia, the Internet has entered every household, as the numberbecomes only more and more, the Internet will subsequently produced some way oranother problem, the network security of the Internet will cause a user’s only worry,these problems will make the national government for the management of a high degreeof Internet concern and attention, so that China and Russia, the two countries willmanage the Internet due to the different aspects of the actual situation in their respectivecountries, the ways and means of management will be a lot different, so start with thebasics based on this study, Russia and the similarities and differences between the twocountries in terms of Internet governance.Research papers from the beginning to start to study theoretical basis. First, thetheoretical study of the development process of Internet governance, namely to startresearch from the development process of China and Russia, two countries, andsecondly to study the relationship between the theory of China and Russia, twocountries Internet governance, which is the basic theoretical research question of thisarticle. And later studied the current situation of China and Russia of Internetgovernance, policies, and ways and means were also conducted research from Chinaand Russia, two countries. The third part of this thesis is a comparative study of thechallenges and opportunities from China and Russia of Internet governance, bycomparing the two countries, China and Russia Challenges and Opportunities in theInternet management to learn from each other, the two countries to each other in termsof Internet governance progress, and finally come up with Russia and the prospects forthe development of both national trends in Internet governance, which is the researchcontent of this paper.In this paper, the study is important comparative study of Internet governance andRussia, the two countries through comparative study of understanding theircharacteristics on Internet governance to identify similarities and differences in order to make the Internet a more formal management more transparent, so that China andRussia more convenient to use the Internet cooperation.
