Urgently needs to understanding the traditional culture, traditional Chinese elements and technology and modern art, science and technology and living the perfect fusion of traditional cultural qualities of the creative talent, and creative talentsfrom primary and secondary compulsory education began.In this study, around the "traditional elements" and "craft skills" to research the integration of fine arts courses. The first chapter on "compulsory education in fine arts curriculum standards and textbook analysis, survey research was on the students to learn the status quo of traditional elements and traditional crafts and through the two channels of on-site and network, identify problems and analyze the reasons. Chapter Ⅱ, starting from the related concepts of the study, described is rooted in the "Chinese elements" the purpose and significance of the curriculum development process· Design proposed the principle of extract of traditional Chinese elements and there are four effective extraction and from the perspective of students, teachers and social multifaceted argument traditional elements into secondary process· design course the introduction of the feasibility and necessity of the classroom. Rooted in traditional Chinese elements "secondary" process design "curriculum and teaching ideas for the third chapter is envisaged that further materials development, instructional design and teaching practice, study, and the development of a unit of teaching materials, Baoshan District, S secondary schools the implementation of the curriculum, good teaching and effective teaching feedback.The study asked the students should understand the traditional culture on the basis of extract of traditional Chinese elements, whichever is shaped and extended its meaning to pass of God, and innovation intended to grasp the spiritual essence of the traditional graphic arts, technology and creative design connotation, and a culture artistically naturally revealed in his works."Process design courses through the traditional Chinese elements of traditional elements and traditional crafts by the hands of high school students to achieve a common value-added, looking for the opportunity of landing the current reality of soil lopsided Chinese traditional culture.
