Objective: This paper using endurance sports training (running a training), of resistance exercise training (the ladder training), mixed sports training model (ran a ladder and training combined), observe three different sports training way for mouse liver mitochondria GSH metabolism related enzymes influence, analysis the three sports traning mode to the body the role of GSH steady characteristics and related mechanism, so as to effectively promote the body were oxidation resistance to oxidation of balance movement way to provide the theory basis for formulating with GSH metabolism can prevent diseases such as cancer, neurological disease, aging of the exercise prescri pti on to provi de theoreti cal reference.Method:Choose pure is male C57BL/6J mice and only as the research object, and randomly divided into four groups: quiet in control group (C), endurance training group (R), of resistance training group (E), mixed training group (M) each group of only8, after28weeks of regular exercise training, the determination in the mitochondria liver total antioxidant capacity, fight superoxide radical vigor, GSH/GSSG, GSH-Px, GST and the activity of GR; The real-time PCR method to detect liver quantitative fluorescence in the mitochondria GSH-Px, GST GR mRNA expression and change.The results:(1) After28weeks after training, quiet weight change control group isthe largest, and three traning group than significant difference (P<0.01), endurance traning group weight the minimum;(2)Training group A-TOC adds, of resistance group group compared with quiet (P<0.05);(3) And quiet than group, three different form of exercise all can make mouse liver mitochondria of superoxide radical vigor significantly increased (P<0.01); Among them the largest amount of resistance traning group rise, and mixed group was significant difference (P<0.05);(4) GSH and the content of GSSG three training group were significantly increased, of resistance and quiet compared group (P<0.01), of resistance and mix the comparison group (P<0.01); Of resistance group of GSH, GSSG and GSH/GSSH ratio,and endurance comparison group(P<0.05);(5)As compared with the group,endurance group GSH-Px mRNA expression(P<0.05):Of resistance group(P<0.01):Endurance training group of resistance is training group(P<0.05),and mixing of resistnce training is training group(P<0.05).Compared with the control,three ways of training GSH-Px activity(P<0.05); Endurance with group of resi stance or mixed group of resi stance group compared(P<0.05).(6)Compared with the three training group GST mRNA rdative to express and GST enzyme activity significant increases,of resistance group compared with control group(P<0.01),endurance group compared with controls GSTmRNA expression(P <0.01).Of resistance group compared,stamina group of the rel ative expression and GST mRNA GST enzyme activity(P<0.05);Mixed group of GST mRNA relative expression(P<0.01),GST enzyme activity(P<0.05);(7)Compared with the control,endurance group of resiseance groups GRmRNA expression(P<0.01);And mixed group of comparison,endurance group and the group of resistance GRmRNA expression(P<0.05);Compared with the three groups in the exercise group GR enzyme activity has significantly increased,induding the largest amount of resistance groups rise,compared with controls(P<0.01);Of resistance group compared,stmina group and mixed group of GR enzyme activity(P <0.05).Conclusion:(1)Endurance training makes GSH-Px,GST,GR mRNA relative to express a significantly higher arnount,of superoxide radical,GSH/GSSG ratio and GSH-Px, GST, GR enzyme activity increased significantly, make whole glutathione steady-state system maintain a dynamic stability condition,and is towards the direction of the antioxidant development;Endurance training make weight drops obviously,in three kinds of motion in the most obvious way effect,so obese people Ioseweight training can choose endurance as a mode of motion;(2)of resistance training makes GSH-Px,GST,GR mRNA relative to express a significantly higher amount,total anti-oxidant ability,of superoxide radical, GSH/GSSG ratio and GSH-Px,GST,GR enzyme activity increased significantly,and the effect is better than good endurance training,so in maintaining the glutathione system steady,training of resistance than endurance training effect is good,of resistance training make weight drops obviously,but no endurance training effect is obvious;(3) Mixed traning makes GST mRNA relative to express a significantly higher amount, of superoxide radical and GSH-Px, GST, GR enzyme activity increased significantly, weight decreased obviously. May be mixed in training and endurance training of resi stance training exercise is not enough and cause more index no change, also may be two sports stimulate each other by way of offset function, but it is not sure, remains to be further research.
