The enterprise vocational training is the inevitable requirement for enterprises to improve their human capital, an important strategy to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, is also the era of lifelong education employees career development of the enterprise proposed. Enterprise vocational training is also a very important area of vocational and technical education research. At present, China has introduced some laws and regulations of enterprise vocational training, established initial management system, achieved certain results and has accumulated some valuable experience. However, on the whole, our management system of enterprise vocational training is not perfect and lack of adequate supervision. Chinese investment in training within the enterprise is far from the state level, there are little training opportunities for employees, training content and form is far behind and their training results are not satisfactory.Comparatively speaking, the developed Western countries valued the enterprise vocational training, and their management system is perfect, the guild plays a huge role in the training of workers in the enterprise. Their sectoral training funds form a good organization and mode of operation in the practice of enterprise vocation training. The sectoral training funds formed a strong guarantee on the training of employees, small enterprises also benefit a lot. And the sectoral training funds have expanded their services to public employment training.In this study,based on international comparative research of sectoral training funds in UK,France and Netherlands, we analysis the management, functional effects of the sectoral training funds, and finally summed the advantages and disadvantage in order to give some advises to the enterprise vocational training in our country.
