With the continuous development and deepening of education and teaching reform,The student-oriented concept is advocated strongly.How to urge students actively participate in learning has become a hot topic in education research.Through the investigation on the current situation of undergraduates' learning participation,it is found that most of the undergraduate teaching in universities in China adopts the teaching form mainly taught by teachers.This teaching form neglects the subjectivity of students,which leads to low student participation in learning.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore how to promote the effective participation of undergraduates in curriculum learning.Extensive literature shows that blended learning integrates the advantages of both online learning and traditional classroom learning,which is beneficial for teacher to play a leading role in teaching and can fully reflect the subjectivity of student in learning.In order to implement the student-centered education concept advocated in the reform of education and teaching,this research explores to use blended learning to design the instructional activity of promoting undergraduates' learning participation.In order to verify the effectiveness of the instructional activity,this research applies the instructional activity to the data structure course to develop teaching practice.The main tasks of this study are as follows:First,this study clarifies the research background,summarizes the research status of student participation and blended learning at home and abroad,clarifies the purpose and significance of this research,analyzes the concepts of student participation and blended learning,and elaborates the relevant theories.Secondly,through studying of the relevant literature on the current situation of undergraduates' participation in learning and investigating of the teaching of some courses in our school,it is found that there is a problem of low learning participation in undergraduate teaching in universities.On the basis of analyzing the teaching aid advantages of Moodle platform,this study proposes to adopt the blended learning supported by the Moodle platform to promote students' learning participation.Learning from relevant research on promoting students' learning participation,relevant strategies for promoting students' learning participation are summarized,including guiding strategy,incentive strategy,collaborative learning strategy,and teaching evaluation strategy.Based on the above strategies and Moodle platform teaching aids,this study designs the instructional activity of promoting undergraduates' learning participation using blended learning.The instructional activity include online activities before class,offline activities in classroom and online activities after class.Online activities before class include teacher's guidance activities,students' studying activities,and before-class evaluation activities.The offline activities in classroom include problem-inquiry activities,activities of combing the key point and the difficult point,and classroom evaluation activities.Online activities after class include interactive evaluation activities,online testing activities,reflection activities,and after-school evaluation activities.Finally,this research applies the above-mentioned instructional activity of promoting undergraduates' learning participation to the data structure course to develop teaching practice.The implementation of the teaching is introduced in detail from the four aspects of preparation,before-class activities,classroom activities,and after-school activities.Through the analysis of the platform's participation,resource learning,interactive participation in the discussion forum,and classroom participation,the effectiveness of the instructional activity in promoting undergraduates' learning participation is reflected.
