| In recent years, with the increase of college enrollment, the overall quantity of collegestudents growing fast. Meanwhile, because of the disparity in income between the East and theWest, it is worth noticing that considerable part of college students from remote mountain areasand Midwestern areas, though entering the college through their unremitting efforts, helpingrealizing the dream of several generations, have been faced with the troubles due to their familylow income that they cannot afford living expenses and intuitions so that they are likely to dropout. From the beginning of the fourth plenum of the16th Cpc in2004, the party put forward thenew measures of building a harmonious society. Then the17thand18thnational congresses of theCommunist Party of China successively put forward that the implementation of the policy ofbuilding a harmonious society is a strategic task, and social harmony means doing everythingpossible to resolve the contradictions in people’s life. Consequently, the central governmenthighlights the economic issue of students from poor and low-income families and distributesspecial funds to imburse them, which fully displays social harmony and human-centered concepts.However, in the process of imbursing them, some problems are unavoidable that part of theimbursed students, not treated correctly in thought and political education, cannot have a correctunderstanding of social contradictions in the socialistic primary stage so that they do not formcorrect views of life, value and the world, and even have dissatisfaction with society. Some ofthem take national imbursement for granted, and willingly wait for subsidies, negligent ofself-independence. Some other part of students, after getting national loan, do not think of payingback it, which leads to unsustainability of national assistance loan. Thereof, it must highlyhighlighted to cultivate assisted students’ thought and political awareness, especially patriotismand socialistic education.This paper discusses the colleges and universities by funding students’ ideological and politicaleducation research, the first chapter is mainly ideological and political education of college fundedstudents domestic and foreign Research and research methods, that the study recommendations：two university funding policy background, the main contents and significance; The third chapterelaborated by aiding students in the meaning of the ideological and political education ofcollege;Chapter detailed analysis of colleges and universities by the spiritual barrenness of fundedstudent problem, the problem in the following areas: first, the socialist core values is not solid;second, self-reliance and self-lack of spirit; third, weak awareness of professional regulation;fourth, psychological worse. Chapter measures to strengthen ideological and political education ofcollege funded students, direct measures to strengthen the socialist core value system of education,enhance personal moral character and carry out psychological counseling and education. Indirectmeasures have outstanding professional ability to develop and create a good public opinionenvironment. The purpose of this writing is to the importance of ideological and politicaleducation in colleges and universities by aiding students in practicing our "student-centered"concept.Methodologically, the paper adopts the basic principle of Maxistic philosophy: analyzing thespecific issues, and put forth the measures corresponding to the current problems. Besides, fromthe angle of historical materialism, the paper discusses the college funding policy development,and attempts to find out the historical reasons of the current problems. From the perspective ofmaterialistic dialectics, it can be seen that college funding is likely to face many troubles andproblems for us to solve. As long as we have full and clear knowledge of the contradictions andproblems in it, we will be sure to solve them and then fulfill our high goal of doing ideological andpolitical education to college funding students. |
