As the concept of “Scientific Outlook on Development” was initialized,Chinese modernization steps into a new process, which is human-oriented, paysattention to the livelihood of ordinary people and considers the happiness as thegoal of the new developing stage. At the celebration of the founding of theCommunist Party of China in2011,“to lead people of all nationalities to createtheir own happy life” was settled as the goal and direction of development ofChinese Modernization, which is highlighting the status and significance in socialdevelopment of “Life”, requesting the running and development of state, market andsociety to meet the needs of the living and as the basic premise of life,comprehensive and healthy development of people. At the theoretical level, takingthe "life" into the core system of social development can really explain and guideChinese social development and the new modernization. In reality, to achieve thehappy life of people, we have to redesign the model of social operation anddevelopment based on the logic of life.Based on this, utilizing the method combining theoretical construction andrealistic critical, this paper explores the definition of life in the meta-concept level,defines the concept of life as the human use various life capital to meet their ownneeds, engaged the life activities. There are four parts in the concept of life: theliving subject, the capital of life, the activities of life and living needs. The propertyof the concept includes the unity of reality and value, constraints and transcendence,common in the unity of nature and personal, prescriptive and process of theunification. On the basis of this clear concept of life, this paper analyses theconnotation of the theory and practice to explore the "logic" of life. The logic of lifemakes us understand the needs of people’s lives, mechanism and evolution of theform, this demand has prompted the formation of the society, promoted socialdevelopment. Resolve the nature of the logic of life, from the generative, value,regularity and creativity of the unity of these four perspectives to further analyze thelogic of life. On the basis of the criticism of the “logic of power” and “the logic ofcapital”, it is clear that the logic of life becoming social logic has the inherentrationality and necessity, the establishment of a service-oriented government,sustainable economic and ecological society represents the trinity of the model ofsocial development controlled by the logic of life, and this model of socialdevelopment on behalf of the forward direction of a society, it connects with theachievement of “social construct” and the “good life”, highlights the status and roleof the needs of the people in social development, which is conducive to enhance the survival of human civilization and quality of life, thus contributing to thecomprehensive development of individuals and society.This study is taking "life" as a starting point, linking theory with reality, askingtoday’s Chinese society "how to live”, and exploring the new logic of China’s socialdevelopment road and model of development. Based on real life, this paperconcerns about the social value of property, utilizes life logic to crack the existingtheoretical dilemma and myth, promotes our own innovation and development.Simultaneously, it provides the introduction and guidance of the operation anddevelopment of the community according to the demand framework. and based onthe top-level designs of social model，offers the choice for the transformation ofChinese society from the theoretical level of development goals and strategiesthrough, echoes the Construction of scientific development and harmonious societyin the real level.
