Life needs a reason, and in traditional Chinese country society or clansman villages, the life needs a reason more. The Peasants' "Historical feeling" and "Local feeling" inherits from ancestry, and unceasingly being transmitted to the descendant, the "Historical feeling" and "Local feeling" is the people's life experience and emotion consciousness of the patriarchal clan ancestors, the village history, the villagers as well as the future. The "Historical feeling" and "Local feeling" has provided the "Reason" for people's village life, and enables the people to obtain the life significance and the life value in the village, and so causes the life stability become possibly. Simultaneously, the "Historical feeling" and "Local feeling" has also provided a set of value, order and ethics for the villagers. These standards stipulate and adjust people's behavior and thinking mode, and determinate the basic pattern and structure of village life and contact.The village local mutual recognitions and the standards have unified those people who have the same "Historical feeling" and "Local feeling", and constructed them to be a lot of closed ethic and functional communities. And remove those people who lack of this kind "Historical feeling" and "Local feeling" outside the village community. In the traditional villages, the different crowds' way and channel to obtain "Historical feeling" and "Local feeling" are different; this meant the people occupy different positions in village community's rank structure, and shares different right (authority) and complete different responsibility. A man has the "Reason" to live in the village inborn, their "Historical feeling" and "Local feeling" are continued from the ancestor and the father's generation, and reposed on the male offspring body, thus they can be passed on the later generation. Men are the villages' genuine leads. The villagers of not the same surname do not have the village's "Historical feeling" and "Local feeling", they do not have the conclusive "Reason" to live in the village. In traditional China or the patriarchal clan villages, the female does not have the "Historical feeling" and "Local feeling" naturally, she does not have natural "Reason" to lives in the village. If a woman wants to become the member of a village, she must obtain this kind of the "Reason" from same men (Father, husband or son). Namely woman has the right to live in the village because of this man. Therefore, the villages' "Historical feeling" and "Local feeling" constitutes the intrinsic logic of the village life. The village "Historical feeling" and "Local feeling" is the basis to maintain the village community.
