The course of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle school shoulders the important mission of establishing morality and cultivating people in the new era.The nature of its curriculum determines that this course needs to carry out life-oriented teaching.At present,the teaching effect of "morality and rule of law" needs to be improved.The formalization and representation of lifeoriented teaching and the separation of life and class have hindered the in-depth development of "morality and rule of law" life-oriented teaching in junior middle schools.In order to promote the reform and innovation of "morality and rule of law" life-oriented teaching in junior middle school in the new era,solve the existing problems,make teaching more vitality,practicality and innovation,and better implement the fundamental goal of moral cultivation,it is necessary to further optimize the life-oriented teaching of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle school in the new era.Based on the relevant research and teaching experience of life-oriented teaching,this paper investigates the actual situation of the life-oriented teaching of "morality and rule of law" course in junior middle school with the help of classroom observation and educational interview.Through the investigation,it is found that the "morality and rule of law" life-oriented teaching in junior middle school has achieved initial results,but there are still some problems,such as valuing knowledge over accomplishment in teaching objective,phenomenon over essence in teaching content,form over essence in teaching process,and only paying attention to the first class and ignoring the second class.The main reasons are the limitation of traditional teaching concept and thinking,teachers' life teaching quality is not enough,the activity system of the second class is not mature,and the development of the second class is difficult.On this basis,this paper explores optimization strategies from five aspects: the improvement of teachers' life-oriented teaching quality,the implementation of life-oriented teaching objectives,the organization of life-oriented teaching content,the development of life-oriented teaching activities and the effective use of the second class.In the first aspect of the improvement of teachers' literacy,based on the "six requirements" proposed by General Secretary Xi for teachers,this paper explores the strategies that can help teachers improve their life-style teaching literacy.The second aspect,centering on the core quality requirements of the new curriculum standard,explores the strategies that can effectively implement the life-oriented teaching goals and requirements of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle schools in the new era.The third and fourth aspects are based on the new idea of students' life logic,based on the analysis of the logic of teaching materials,to explore effective strategies to solve the problems of formalization and representation of the current lifeoriented teaching,and the deep integration of life and teaching.In the fifth aspect of the development and application of the second class,the author tries to find effective strategies to implement the activities of the second class under the restriction of objective factors on the basis of connecting the content of the textbook with life by virtue of the column design of the textbook.With the help of quality class example analysis to demonstrate the development of lifeoriented teaching.This paper can provide operational and effective strategies for the life-oriented teaching of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle schools in the new era,help daofa teachers better carry out life-oriented teaching,and then realize the goal of educating people in the new era.
