Training Analysis And Sustainable Development Of Athletic Reserve Personnel In Liaoning Province

Liaoning Province, Northeast of Wushu Athletics development leader,has been a leading position and made remarkable achievements in the majormartial arts competition, martial arts talent are inseparable with LiaoningProvince culture.But with the level of China’s economic growth and people’sliving standards improvement, an unprecedented crisis in the martial artsback-up personnel appears, any sports competition in fact is the talentcompetition, and the cultivation of reserve talents of Athletic is a strategic issueto achieve sustainable development, only supported by strengthening thecultivation of reserve talents and ample reserve forces,the development ofCompetitive Wushu will remain dynamic.In this paper, the literature data, questionnaires, expert interviews, mathematicalstatistics and logic analysis are applied in-depth investigation to analysize theLiaoning Province competitive martial arts routine Talents culture status. For aseries of problems, I proposed a training strategy which is applicable to thesituation of Liaoning Province Wushu series immature Reserve personnel withexpectations that this study can provide useful theoretical support for the cultivation of reserve talents, to train more and more excellent Wushu talents forLiaoning Province, and promote the healthy development of the LiaoningProvince of Wushu Athletics.The results show that: Liaoning Province Wushu series Reserve personneltraining is confronted with the existence of lack of students, a serious imbalancein sex ratio, athletes in poor learning condition, low degree of coaches overall.Weak Scientific Selection of consciousness, weak research capacity and morethan halfmixed training equipment, support facilities with incomplete orsubstandard and retired athletes can not get the proper placement and otherfactors the main constraints that caused the current back-up personnel training ofLiaoning Province The first task of Competitive Wushu is to solve theexistence of the problem, through the following reasonably effective measures.1,On the deficiencies of the students Wushu athletes training we should shift thefocus to primary and secondary schools, the Jinzhou peace elementary schoolmodel is a good the example to follow, the popularity of martial arts class atschool increase martial arts population and develop a broad Wushu mass basisand address the current situation of lack of students Wushu forms, material selection provides the convenience of Athletic Training of Reserve Forces.2,Mobilization the enthusiasm of a culture of learning Wushu athletes can makethem aware of the importance of learning science and cultural knowledge andbroaden the way out after the retired athletes to increase the weight; on the basisof existing sources of funding, we can get adequate protection by broadeningMining potential funding sources of funding reasonably and effectively; improvetraining support facilities, its utmost to meet the demands of the coaches andplayers to resolve their difficulties in life in teaching, training,3, strengthen theoverall construction of the Liaoning Province Wushu coaches to further enhancethe overall quality of the coaches, the competent authorities carry out regular,planned, organized and targeted training to enhance a comprehensive system ofcoaches coach members of scientific training, scientific selection, and researchcapabilities.4, the government department in charge introduce acorresponding red tape, encourage and support related to the martial artsresearchers to conduct research activities, a comprehensive in-depth study on theselection, training, and competitions of athletes for the healthy development ofLiaoning Competitive Wushu laid solid theoretical support and scientific protection.5,For the way out for a better solution Wushu athletes retired, thegovernment and the competent authorities should be smooth retired, newchannels for education, job placement, and reasonable and effective solution tothe athletes after retirement survival.
