This paper documents, questionnaires, field survey, expert interviews and other researchmethods, content of Soccer Reserve training units. Analysis of Football Talents training unitsin a number of management, training, teaching, contradictions and problems, analyze theircauses and corresponding solutions, draw conclusions and make recommendationsaccordingly. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Soccer Reserve enrollment scale showing the downward trend in the enrollment scaledifferences between the2009and2011is relatively large. The current football graduateemployment situation is very grim.(2) Football coaches are mostly male, young stage coach less, education is generally low,the title structure is unreasonable, and less technical titles, intermediate and junior titlestrainer larger proportion of annual salary also advise low. These coaches from the side ofcoaching and research capacity are weak.(3) Soccer Reserve training unit of money is very tight, and all Football Talents toaccompany the unit funding for football showing a decreasing trend, different years offootball investment decreasing trend was statistically significant. Teaching resources meet theneed to carry out teaching and research. The quality and quantity of the sports venues andfacilities to complete the necessary conditions to train and provide excellent Football Talents,the quantity and quality of venues and facilities can basically meet the needs of teaching,training and competition.(4) Soccer Reserve to develop a serious shortage of units athletes cultural studies, studytime, and lack of understanding and mastery of cultural knowledge, knowledge structure, cannot meet the requirements of the stages of school-age athletes to learn the culture ofknowledge.(5) Soccer Reserve personnel training unit of the competition system is perfect,competition law system and Athletic Football Talents Training basically compatible. Hasestablished a sound scientific Football Talent Cultivation, three training network personneltraining mode.(6) Soccer Reserve training units most of the football coaches to develop a week trainingprogram and monthly training program, while a lower proportion of annual training programand years of training plans, description of the Hebei Province, the municipal sports schoolMost football coaches can develop training programs, but arbitrary large, and also the lack oflong-term, systematic arrangements for training back-up personnel training process. Coachesfootball talents in training focused mainly on physical fitness and football skills training,psychological training and tactical training plays a key role in sporting events do not getenough attention.(7) The factor analysis results show that the impact Soccer reserve personnel trainingfactor: management mechanisms factors, human resources factor, students protection factor,teaching run factor.(8) For the problems of Football Talents culture in the Hebei Province, in terms ofpolicies to protect, human resources, sports training, the school system, funding sources andthe use of specific proposals.
