Teachers and students in school education in two of the most importantsubjects, and interaction between teachers and students directly affect thesuccess or failure of teaching in schools,Teacher-student conflict is a common and inevitable phenomenonineducational practice, which to some extent influences the establishment ofteachers and students’ good relationship on the campus. The phase of juniormiddle schoolis the phase with the most teacher-student conflicts. Thus, theattribution researchon teacher-student conflicts in the classroom of juniormiddle school is of both theoretical and practical significance.According to the randomicity, uncertainty, factual mplexity ofteacher-student conflict and aiming at the limitations in the present researches,this paper chooses WuHai No.B Middle School as a case school, presents thecurrentsituations and main problems of teacher-student conflicts in theclassroom of juniormiddle school by means of observation and interview, andthen makes a further attribution research on teacher-student conflicts bymeans of literature method, andfinally puts forward relevant solutions andsuggestion for it.This paper is composed of four parts. Part One is introduction. Part Twois thecurrent situations and existing problems of teacher-student conflict injunior middle school, including the brief introduction of the case school, thepresentation of the ratio and frequency of teacher-studentconflicts, wholeprocesses of some typical conflicts and attributions fromteachers, students and theauthor. Part Three is about the further attributionprobing into how traditional classroom culture, current social reformations,students’ sub-culture and the rigidschool regulations lead to such conflict. PartFour is the solutions and suggestions callingfor teachers’ acceptance of the teacher-student conflict to give full swingofpositive conflicts, change of teachers’ role to reshape teachers’ personalauthority,creation of more dialogues and communications.
