Harmonious relationship between teachers and students is the premise of teaching work,but there are still many disharmonious phenomena in the practice of education,and there are cases of conflict between teachers and students.The academic community has always attached great importance to the study of the conflict between teachers and students.The existing research mainly focuses on the overall study of the conflict between teachers and students,focusing on the theory and solution strategy,lacking the study of the conflict between teachers and students in the junior high school,and the case study and prevention study.Therefore,it is necessary to do a good job in the prevention of conflict between teachers and students in junior high school.This study uses qualitative research methods and objective sampling to interview and observe many teachers in the junior middle school of Shenzhen l school,and studies the current situation,causes and preventive measures of the conflict between teachers and students in the junior middle school.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the origin of the research,the purpose and significance of the research,the definition of the concept and the literature review.The second chapter introduces four typical cases in L School: cases without conflict prevention,cases without conflict prevention,cases without conflict prevention before and cases with conflict prevention later,cases with teachers cooperating in conflict prevention.Through the comparison of these stories,the purpose is to explain the difference between conflict prevention and non conflict prevention.The third chapter analyzes the necessity and current situation of the conflict between teachers and students in Junior High School of L school.The fourth chapter analyzes the causes of the conflict between teachers and students in L school.The fifth chapter analyzes the conflict prevention mechanism of L school.The sixth chapter is the conclusion of this study.Through the research on the prevention mechanism of the conflict between teachers and students in the junior middle school of L school,the following conclusions are drawn: first,the conflict between teachers and students in the junior middle school of L school has always existed.Second,the causes of the conflict between teachers and students are related to the existing contradictions of education itself,the pressure of entering school under the policy of the middle school entrance examination,the personality characteristics of the students in the junior middle school,family education,teachers' Moral Cultivation and other factors.Third,although the conflict prevention mechanism can not completely avoid the occurrence of teachers and students,it can significantly reduce the frequency of conflict between teachers and students.Fourthly,effective conflict prevention requires the establishment of a multi-party and collaborative mechanism.
