The article is mainly raised the schooling of children ofmilitary personnel is due to a different location from the city center, schooldifficulty furthermore, the military occupation characterized by the instabilityof their children’s schooling problem. On analyze the causes and reasons forthese problems, it pointed out the military occupational characteristics,education-related policy changes and the complex dual system of education asits profound impact. To solve these problems and causes, the paper gives outthe military children’s education schooling, military occupation and family have a great relationship. It is a disadvantage to compare with local children.These should be caused by the local government attaches great importance.First the article suggests to implement the concept of people-oriented,integrated on the compulsory education and coordinate comprehensivedevelopment. Furthermore, we should build compatible with the characteristicsof the profession of education for their children the education systems. At thelast it proposes the establishment of the correct guidance of public opinion andguide reasonable treatment of military families choosing school problem.
