Research On Campus Culture Management Of Higher Vocational Colleges Based On Project Management

In recent years, many of the old technical secondary schools, technical schools and adult higher schools began to merge, was upgraded to become the new higher vocational schools. From the actual situation of the country, higher vocational schools in the management process of campus culture, because the establishment of a relatively short time and other factors, but also the concept of the campus culture is not clear, the target is not clear, the implementation steps are not clear and so on. Aiming at these problems, the author from the perspective of Higher Vocational Colleges Campus Culture Management of and the Shaanxi Institute of technology, Yangling Vocational Technical College and vocational school visits to research, study and discuss defines the basic intension of the management of campus culture and characteristics, analysis of the status of the current higher vocational colleges campus culture management guiding ideology and management mode, sorts out the existing problems and problems and on how to put the project management into the management of the campus culture in higher vocational school proposed on campus culture project management countermeasures and suggestions.Combined with domestic and foreign experts and scholars, the research results of this part and project management of vocational college campus culture, and access to a large number of documents, the use of case analysis, comparative analysis, investigation and research methods, system, comprehensive analysis of the vocational school campus culture, guiding ideology and management mode of the development of the situation, find out the problem.
