In the global environment of the development of modern education and social study philosophy, a new network learning environment,virtual learning community has arisen. however,only brought the expansion of the number of virtual learning community,the practical effect is not ideal. Some studies have found that social presece is a crucial emotional factor to affect the network educational effect, high degree of that may improve the studying performance. Therefore, the social presece of virtual learning community is a valuable study.In order to know the degree size and influence factors of the social presece, through studying carefully on the relevant documents, built the measure dimension of the social presece, including technical conditions, feelings, interaction and cohesion and proposed influence factors dimension,including communication tool, students, teachers and administrators, and finally formed the "four by four" analysis framework.On this framework,the author selected the social educational virtual learning community sina show tianya PS for the case. In order to measure the social presece’s degree size of the whole community, choosed the sixth group member to participate in the19th study’s exchange data as the research data sources for social network analysis, and choosed60themes and167messages in the exchange’s region of tianya PS study forum for content analysis.The author made a questionnaire on the influence factors of social presece and selected120people at random from the students in the sina show tianya ps to conduct a network survey. The results showed that communication tool, teachers, administrators, information literacy, language ability to convey, interpersonal skills these six factors have a significant effect on social presece.Finally, pointed out some suggestions that gave other types of virtual learning community to promote and improve their network educational effect.
