At present, sports teaching model on the exploratory study in academic circles is unusually active, present a diversity situation. Physical education teaching reform further so that the teaching quality has been a qualitative leap, and updates previous teaching contents, improving the teaching methods, appeared to be helpful for the reform of PE Teaching in a good situation. However, teaching is very rich experience of PE teachers are lack of theoretical guidance, is because the school sports research group most prone to research PE teaching theory, the most difficult to adapt to the development of PE teachers comprehensive physical education teaching mode. So, how to adapt to the modern diversified teaching mode of physical education is the problem that solves urgently.The purpose of this study is to Dalian City14ordinary full-time undergraduate course in a random sample of8College Wushu Course in teachers and students as the research object, based on the recognized academic teaching mode is made up of five factors (theoretical basis, teaching aims, procedures, conditions, teaching evaluation and its contents of Dalian City) in public Wushu teaching mode the status of research, this paper adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, logic analysis, mathematical statistics and other research methods, from the sports teaching present situation and the development trend of theoretical research. The results of this study are as follows:College Teachers in teaching activities, pay more attention to students’ thinking ability and students’ autonomous learning law culture, while neglecting the students’ affective changes, lack of progressive cognitive teaching concept.The part of university teachers still follows traditional teaching idea, rarely in succession under the premise to be independent innovation.School of martial arts venues use has been limited; sports college students in Wushu class can not normal use of school martial arts hall. Site and inadequate facilities not perfect will directly or indirectly lead to students on the sports passion cools, and seriously affect the students’ participation in sports activities; the students’ physical quality development will be restricted.College teachers’ education to reach a certain standard, bachelor degree teachers below undergraduate diploma teacher, not conducive to improving teaching quality.Teachers’professional titles evaluation and the work experience and theoretical research results have a very close relationship, the two indispensable.Teachers on teaching environment seriously not quite, restricting the teaching quality and students’ learning effects. Teachers teaching design more reasonable, but the organizational form of teaching effect in general, resulting in the curriculum quality not just as one wish.
