In order to keep sustainable development for soccer, it is necessary that training young soccer players. the recent information shows that the young soccer players registered in the Chinese Football Association (CFA) dropped from40000in2002to5000now. it is a serious dissertation for the future developement of Chinese soccer.As a famous soccer province in china, Shandong, with Luneng Youth Soccer Training School which has an international level of management and training program, is in the top of national youth soccer. However, due to various factors, including chinese soccer envirement at its lowest ebb, all kinds of schools, including primary and middle schools and sports schools have pay less attention to soccer nowaydays, leading to there are fewer and fewer good youth soccer coaches and athletes in Shandong. Prospects of soccer in Shandong will be very bleak.The coach of youth soccer, the leader of soccer player in the early stage, play a key role in laying the solid foundation of youth player success to be a good player in future. This paper discusses the present shandong youth-soccer coaches overall situation makes a comprehensive survey, and proposed the corresponding countermeasure, hoping to save the reference for the construction of training.The object of study in this paper are2009youth-soccer u-13, u-15, u-17tournament in Shandong province, National middle-school student football tournament in Shandong division trials (junior high school, high school), include Jinan, Qingdao, Zibo, Weihai, Linyi etc coaches、managers and athletes。Mainly uses the literature material method, the interview method, the questionnaire survey method, the mathematical method of average, logic analysis and so on survey method, to carry on the diagnosis with this topic related situation, finally indicated that:1. The youth-soccer coaches have disadvantages in Shandong province in sports, age structure, training, etc.2. Through comparing the basic professional ability with the foreign youth-soccer coaches, our coaches in many aspects are still leak currently.3. The football management departments in youth football coach training is still lack of effective policies and measures to hinder youth-soccer coaches healthy development.
