Football is known as "the world's largest sports",but the overall level of football in my country is low,and the ratio of football to population is small.In recent years,the country has promulgated many policies to promote the development of China's football,with particular emphasis on the advancement of football development-the progress in the field of campus football.People are increasingly researching the characteristics of related fields.The development of campus football and the level of coaches Closely related,coaches are necessary special talents to improve the level of competitive sports in China and achieve the goal of becoming a powerful country in sports.An excellent high-level coach can guarantee the sustainable development of a sports event.The improvement of the level of college football is a very important part of the various factors for the overall improvement of Chinese football.Strengthening the systematic research on the professional qualities of college football coaches is a powerful theoretical support for improving the level of college football in China and even affecting the level of Chinese football.,Is a booster to realize the dream of Chinese football.This article takes the competence of football coaches in universities in Shandong Province as the research object,and uses literature data methods,behavioral event interview methods,questionnaire survey methods,and statistical methods to analyze the competence model of Chinese football coaches and the relationship between competence and performance.explore.The purpose is to build a competency model for football coaches in Shandong Province,which can distinguish between high-performing football coaches and general performers and achieve the "people-post" matching of college football coaches,and explore the stability unique to college football coaches,Potential individual characteristics.It is expected to provide a direct reference for the selection,training and assessment of college football coaches,to promote the healthy development of campus football in Shandong Province,and to further enrich the national model and provide a reference for other regions.Finally,by investigating 40 college football coaches in Shandong Province using behavioral event interviews,a preliminary competency model for Shandong football coaches was established and explained,and comparisons with other competency models were completed.This article draws the following conclusions:(1)The length of the word count of the interview cannot be used as an indicator to distinguish outstanding football coaches from high-performance football coaches.(2)There is a significant difference in the frequency of competence between high-performance football coaches and average-performance coaches in this study.There is no significant correlation between the number of interview words,thefrequency of competence and the average score,and the frequency of competence.The two difference analysis indicators,average score and average score,can be used in the coding design process.The results obtained after data analysis have more reliable stability and classification comparison.(3)Through the analysis of the average score of competence in this study,it was found that excellent performance football coaches and average performance football coaches have significant differences in 16 competences,and 5 of them have extremely different Significantly.(4)The competence model of football coaches in Shandong province formally constructed in this research is composed of five dimensions: professional knowledge,coaching skills,individual characteristics,establishment and development relationships and scientific research capabilities.(5)Comparison of competency models of campus physical education teachers and Shandong college football coaches.There are three competencies that are the same or similar.The former is biased towards student classroom teaching,while the latter is biased towards competition and sports training,leading to different competency models.The reason for the difference is that their work functions and work purposes are different.The greater the difference between work functions and work purposes,the greater the difference in the competency model.
