The Exploratory Study On The Talent Training Of "Arts And Sports Director" In Physical Education Institutes

With the development of society and the improvement of the human civilization,the connection between physical education and arts becomes more intimate.The competitive sports and mass sports have an increasing requirement about arts.The difficulty and beauty athletes project in the competitive sports do not only need the athletes have excellent technology and the ability of art performance,but also need the directors bring forth new ideas about selecting music and arranging the actions,so that it can make sure the athletes win in the competition.The mass sports are developing flourishingly.For example,the development of the group gymnastics,fitness yangge and social dance,poorly needs directors who are expert in art physical education to arrange the programs and direct the activities.However, nowadays,there are few people who are engaged in art physical educational directing in our country.Lack of the talent cannot meet the needs of society status becomes to a real problem.Physical education institutes undertake the risk of developing talents who majors both arts and sports.Since Tianjin Institute of Physical Education and sports first established Arts and Sports Department in2001,another fourteen physical education institutes also established arts department sooner or later.They aimed at promoting the development of arts talents.After more than ten years’ development,these institutes have acquired a certainty of teaching experience.Especially,Dancology and Performance have been developed,that gave a stable basement for physical institutes to breed arts and sports conductors.Concerning of the teachers’ qualification and teaching experience of arts,physical institutes absolutely be capable to train the arts and sports directors.Using the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,field investigation and data statistics to analysis the necessity and feasibility on the training of the arts and sports director,and to formulate the feasible training plan of the arts and sports director,in order to lay the theoretical foundation in the training of arts and sports director for the physical education institutes in the future.Meanwhile it also plays a promoting role in the competitive sports and the mass sports.The main abstracts are as follows: 1."Arts and Sports Director" is defined as to follow sports regulations or special requirements,complete a series of match actions or the arrangement and direction of certain performance,with the central content of sports skills,use music,dance,clothes and equipment as the art expressions,or the person who pursue such arrangement and director activities.2.From the survey we can draw that the competitive sports and the mass sports have great needs of the "arts and sports director".At the same time,the development of the arts subjects in the physical education institutes also needs creative talent training models.As a result,it is very necessary for the physical education institutes to pursue the talent training of the arts and sports director.3.The physical education institutes have good foundation of the subject,excellent professors and teachers,good teaching environment and the permission of leaders and experts,which provides great qualification for the talent training of the arts and sports director.4.Figure out the talent training plan of the arts and sports director in the terms of training purpose,training standards,courses and practice,etc,to clarify the idea of the talent training of arts and sports director,in order to provide feasible plan for the talent training of arts and sports director in the physical education institutes.
