| In recent years,with the continuous increase of people’s demand for spiritual culture,the ornamental value of martial arts has gradually become prominent,and a large number of talents in martial arts performances,martial arts creation,choreography and other aspects have emerged.And the enterprises related to martial arts performance have put forward higher requirements for the professional ability of practitioners.Taking the martial arts performance major of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education as an example,this research explores the professional ability training of martial arts performance majors from the perspective of OBE,and understands students’ satisfaction,learning needs and target needs,so as to further improve the martial arts performance students of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education.Professional ability training provides data for the development of their majors to adapt to the society,and better promotes schools to cultivate martial arts performers that adapt to the needs of the society.It provides materials for promoting the improvement of the theory and practice of martial arts performance in colleges and universities,and provides reference and inspiration for the research on the future development of martial arts performance.This paper uses the method of literature data,questionnaire survey,expert interview,field investigation,logical analysis and other methods.Based on the actual situation of the martial arts performance major,and guided by the OBE concept,this paper analyzes the problems and attributions in the professional ability training of students majoring in martial arts performance in Wuhan Institute of Physical Education,and proposes optimization strategies for the existing problems.Conclusions from the research:(1)The current situation of professional ability training: In terms of knowledge ability training,the theoretical knowledge reserve of martial arts and performance is insufficient.In terms of technical ability,a small number of students have good special skills,but lack of choreography and performance skills.Students lack material accumulation and performance experience in program creation and performance.In terms of practical ability,the social practice attitude is positive,and the participation in martial arts performance-related activities is high;the educational practice ability is not outstanding,and the teaching content is limited;the referee has little experience,and does not pay enough attention to martial arts performancerelated events.(2)Reasons affecting the cultivation of students’ professional ability: Internal factors include students’ self-learning ability,weak execution and lack of clear career goals.External factors include the uneven distribution of performance skills training classes,the limited implementation environment of the curriculum system such as teaching facilities and venue equipment,the construction of the practice platform is not sufficient,and the emphasis on the training of practical ability is not high.(3)In view of the problems and attributions of the professional ability training of students majoring in martial arts performance in Wuhan Institute of Physical Education,put forward optimization measures: strengthen knowledge learning,improve the level of transformation,give full play to the advantages of teachers,and stimulate interest in learning;highlight the advantages of the school,focus on students,refer to Professional positioning,based on special projects,refine professional settings,and strengthen professional understanding;enrich implementation elements,create an atmosphere for performance creation,actively carry out extracurricular practice,and expand employment platforms. |
