Research On The Reform Of Undergraduate Talents Training Model Of Physical Education In Harbin Institute Of Physical Education

With the rapid development of higher education as well as the growing demand for sports talents, an urgent need to cultivate a group of high quality talents, therefore, "cultivating what kind of person" and "how to train talent" as the primary problem is to explore.This thesis mainly uses the literature material method, interview method, investigation method of the Harbin sports institute sports class to study the undergraduate talents training mode reform, mainly from the name change situation, training target, course, required courses and elective course school hours, discipline and skill courses, practice situation analysis, found the problems existing in the personnel training mode, training target specific positioning fuzzy, school minutes lack, the total number of hours is not enough, compulsory period of less, lack of utility class curriculum, lack of professional required course characteristics, arbitrary elective repeat a class, subject and unreasonable practical curriculum, practice is weak.To solve these problems, the author of the Harbin sports institute sports class undergraduate course specialized personnel training mode put forward new ideas, purpose is to improve the quality of personnel training, cultivating meets the needs of social sports talents.
