In 2006 unites the announcement by the General Administration of Sports and the Ministry of Education "National Physique Monitor Report" demonstrated that in the recent 20 years, the young people's physique constitution decline continually, overweight and the obese detection rate continues to climb. This research in adolescent body weight management chain-like organization draw an item at random overweight and obese 12~17 year-old 659 people (male student 334, female student 325). Through literature review, expert interviews and questionnaires and other methods, from the young individual, family situation, social environment for young people three dimensions the cause of overweight and obesity in the investigation and sociological analysis. The questionnaire included young individuals involved in exercise habits, eating habits, living arrangements after school, obesity awareness and health knowledge; family situation, education level of parents, family members of the structure, the per capita monthly family income, parents of youth development investment, etc.; Social environment of the school situation, school surroundings, teachers of young people's awareness of obesity, in addition, through the study of literature from the education system, social and cultural aspects of social, economic and social factors are analyzed.The results showed that:young individual "intake more, exercise less, " the unhealthy living habits are the main reason of overweight and obesity; young people already have more accurate perception of health and obesity, but weight control did not play significant effect, showing the "Knowledge and contradictions"; family financial situation is better, lack of parental guidance, "pro-generational" phenomenon and so on, has created a "hotbed" for overweight and obesity in young people. Schools interested in sports training, sports and physical education curriculum rich in content security, and other aspects of the objective conditions have yet to be refined and improved, long-term impact of China's education system with schools, families and young people themselves emphasis on sports; from the environment point of view, China's socio-economic environment and socio-cultural concept of the same needs "its essence and discard its dross."...
