The development of China urban is the specific product of history and the inexorable trend. The speed up is with the education revolution and the progress of scientific. By the end of2011,"China Official" shows the rate of China urbanization is51.27%, on the top of the world. While,56.6%in Inner Mongolia, increase1.1percent to the end of last year, and5.3percent higher than the national level. So the increasing of the urbanization rate in Inner Mongolia is an inexorable trend in the coming years. And during this process, the equalization of it’s education is facing a series of problem."Equalization of education" is a new-produced concept in the stage of compulsory education; it is raised up for the more and more unequal in the stage of compulsory education. In recent years, Inner Mongolia attaches importance to the balanced development of compulsory education, compulsory education has made remarkable achievements; education investment increased year by year, the level of the teachers, school running conditions have been greatly improved, the funds for compulsory education in rural areas are effectively protected; the new curriculum reform, quality education to promote.The essence is to make sure every educatee could receive the balanced education opportunity and condition. However, the equalization of education influence the building of urbanization, and the development of education could raise up the countryside labors’quality, and favor the transportation of the country labors’moving into town, thus could promote the development of urbanization. Education promotes the adjustment for the famers to the town life,and promotes the employment of non-farm industry,the level and structure of education influences the progress of urbanization.For these, this paper has studied deeply for the relation of education and urbanization, unequal of education problem by using the dialectics and theory of unequal development, Inquire into the fast urbanization caused regional difference, inter-school difference, group difference problems in the equal compulsory education of Inner Mongolia, at the same time, raise up the suggestion of the equal education and promotion of the urbanization, thus promote the principle insurance for the equal development, for the urbanization’s healthy and sustainable develop with the education support and human resource guarantee.
