| Relationship is the emotional connection through the dynamic interaction between people. It is the emotional heritage through direct contacts, and is relatively stable emotional bond between people. In real life, no matter who will have different relationships, as long as the direct interaction each other. Normal interpersonal communication and good interpersonal skills is the necessary precondition for the formation of junior high school mental health development and personality traits in different cultural context, cultivating the skills of junior high school students to help junior high school students to establish good interpersonal quality education.Research of junior high school interpersonal relationships are decades old and has achieved fruitful results, attention has been paid in the country, but there are little research about urban and rural areas from different cultural backgrounds of the junior high school students in interpersonal relationship. Papers on the basis of existing research results to a large number of theoretical basis for support, some basic theoretical issues of interpersonal relations, such as the definition, interpersonal relationships and the development of interpersonal school characteristics, student type of relationship explore and analyze the combination of the questionnaire, summarizes the current urban and rural areas from different cultural backgrounds of the students interpersonal types of status quo and existing problems, derived by analyzing the impact of junior high school students from different cultural backgrounds interpersonal factors, and made some specific correct interpersonal suggestions and countermeasures.This research used a questionnaire to investigate and study the current relations between the junior high school students. It delects two junior schools from X and Y city of Liaoning Province and takes three glasses from first grade.second grade,third grade,a total of300students as investigation objects, understand their specific development of peer relationships.Questionnaire from the type of interpersonal communication, interpersonal skills to build capacity and three aspects of interpersonal relationships to maintain the ability to measure to check the situation and characteristics of junior high school peer relationships. Type of interpersonal communication includes active and passive type of leader and compliance, rigorous, and casual type, open and occlusive eight aspects; interpersonal relationships to build capacity from the needs of the exchanges, the acceptance of others, empathy ability, personality authenticity of the four factors test; interpersonal viability of friendly to each ability test, and conflict management capacity test.Research in urban and rural areas from different cultural backgrounds of the students in interpersonal differences of the overall level of regional differences, the relationships of the early students from rural areas of different gender viability of male and female junior high school students in the city; in gender differences and female students in various aspects of the interpersonal type, better than male students, female student relationships to build capacity and interpersonal viability of stronger than male students.Different cultural backgrounds of the students in the interpersonal condition by the multifaceted impact of both external factors, the impact of cultural factors; internal factors, factors such as interpersonal communication and interpersonal attraction.
