Research goal:This research mainly aims in the current ordinary university sports curriculum reform process to overemphasize "the health first","the rest and recreation first","respects the student interest and the individuality first" the reform tendency, its result causes the physical education physiological load of exercise to drop largely, cannot achieve the essential requirements which the improvement physique, improves one’s health, has violated "the movement-adaptation enhancement" human performance development change rule. This research has referred to overseas "the body suitable energy" the exercise healthy idea, was the body-building exercises option class student carries on suitably for the time16weeks,32study period bodies to the Shanxi transportation professional technology institute08levels of automobiles has been able the aerobic teaching experimental study, was for the purpose of exploring through increases the physical ability training content in the ordinary university physical education to enhance the physical education physiological load of exercise, to promote the student health "suitably moderately the body energy" the teaching method, hoped that this teaching method could let the student during study physical fitness technology movement, the proper attention to both develop student’s physical ability, achieved technical and the physique synchronization development goal.Research methods:The experimental subject will divide into the experimental group and control group each46stochastically, carries on for the time16week different teaching method body-building exercises curriculum teaching experiment. The control group attends class according to the original body-building exercises teaching method; The experimental group while completes the original body-building exercises technology course content, increased the flexible practice, the cardiopulmonary endurance practice, the push-up, the sit-ups strength practice. After the experiment ended, the match power of gripping, the body anteflexion, the stair experimented and turn back run and so on projects to carry on the test, through carried on the experimental group using the pair sample T-test in the group the comparison as well as the independent T-test carries on the group with the control group the comparison, the concrete result was as follows.Findings:1st, After16week body-building exercises teaching experiment, the experimental group students in the hand power of gripping, the body anteflexion and the stair experimented in three physique target test to present the significance enhancement, and was bigger than the control group.2, After the experimental group push-up, the sit-ups and the round-trip run the experiment, before the result surpasses the experiment.3, The experimental group body-building exercises inspection result surpasses the control group.Conclusion:1st, through literature search and expert interview, in the aerobic curriculum inspects joins the physical ability test content not yet to see the related literature report, this teaching method to increases the physical education physiological load of exercise to have the good function, may also in the badminton, the pingpong and the tennis teaching promotes the use, is to the existing teaching method one kind of reform and the innovation.2nd, after the class the experimental group and the control group1minute peaceful pulse value, the experimental group is higher than the control group, explained that the experimental group physiological load of exercise is higher than the control group; Looking from the experimental result, experimental group’s each physique evaluating indicator surpasses compared to the control group, explained that "physical fitness" the teaching method is improving the student physique aspect compared to the original teaching method to have a more remarkable effect.
