Health fitness is a hot issue in domestic research in recent years,is the ability to adapt to reflect the body to the outside,it can be more accurate summary of human health status and function level.With the rapid development of Chinese economic and social improvement of living standards,social civilization disease gradually increased,the health condition of college students in University decreased year by year.Period is a key period for the healthy development of College Students' body,their physical condition has a significant impact on academic,life and future work.The health condition of the related research has become a national,social and school problems with attention.Resistance and aerobic training can improve cardiopulmonary function,increase muscle strength,reduced body fat,to enhance physical fitness,improve health effect,has become an important means of fitness.Objective: To study the effects of 10 weeks aerobic training combined with resistance training on female college students,and to study the cardiopulmonary endurance,muscle strength and muscle endurance of female college students.The indexes of flexibility and body composition were tested and analyzed to study whether aerobic training combined with resistance training had significant improvement on female college students' health fitness.The purpose of this paper is to provide the theoretical and practical basis for the scientific fitness of female college students,to guide and promote the practice of lifelong physical education in the future,and to promote the all-round development of female college students.Methods: 60 female students in Qufu normal University were randomly divided into three groups: the control group,the aerobic training group and the aerobic training combined with resistance training group(hereinafter referred to as the control group,aerobic group).Aerobic +resistance group.Aerobic group for 10 weeks of aerobic training,aerobic + resistance group for10 weeks of aerobic training combined with resistance training.Before and after the experiment,all subjects were tested for cardiopulmonary endurance,muscle strength,muscle endurance,flexibility and body composition.The effects of aerobic training combined with resistance training on female college students' health fitness were studied by the methods of literature,experiment,test and mathematical statistics.Results:(1)the cardiopulmonary endurance ability of female college students in the aerobic + resistance group and aerobic group were significantly improved before and after cardiopulmonary endurance experiment.The heart rate decreased significantly,the vital capacity increased significantly,the step index increased,and the heart rate increased at rest.There were significant differences in vital capacity and step index before and after theexperiment(P < 0.01).After the experiment,the heart rate was quiet.There was significant difference in vital capacity between control group and control group(P < 0.05),and there was significant difference in step index between aerobic + resistance group and control group(P <0.05).The step index of aerobic group increased obviously,but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).(2)before and after the experiment,the muscle strength and muscle endurance level of the female college students in the aerobic + resistance group were obviously improved,grip strength and sit-ups were improved.There was a significant difference in standing long jump test scores(P < 0.01),but there was no significant difference in grip strength before and after the experiment in aerobic group(P > 0.05).There was significant difference(P< 0.05).The results of standing long jump test increased significantly(P < 0.01).Compared with the control group,the improvement of muscle strength and endurance in aerobic + resistance group was significant.There were significant differences in grip strength(P < 0.05),sit-up and standing long jump(P < 0.01).There was no significant difference in aerobic group(P > 0.05).There was a significant difference between the aerobic + resistance training group and the aerobic group compared with the sit-ups(P < 0.01).(3)the flexibility and fitness of female college students in aerobic + resistance group and aerobic group were significantly improved before and after the experiment,and the changes of body flexion index in sitting position were significantly different(P < 0.01).There was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05).(4)the body composition of female college students in aerobic + resistance training group and aerobic group had very good adaptability before and after the experiment.The body weight and body fat rate decreased significantly.There was significant difference(P < 0.01)in the changes of body weight and BMI of female college students in the aerobic + resistance group and the aerobic group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).There was significant difference in body fat rate in aerobic group(P < 0.05)and in aerobic + resistance group(P < 0.01).The ratio of body fat in aerobic + resistance group and aerobic group decreased more obviously than that in aerobic group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)After 10 weeks,aerobic training combined with resistance training and aerobic training can reduce the quiet heart rate of female college students,improve the lung activity,aerobic training and resistance training,and improve the step index.(2)Aerobic training combined with resistance training increased the muscle strength and endurance of female college students.(3)Aerobic training combined with resistance training and aerobic training can improve subjects' flexibility and flexibility.(4)There were significant differences in(body)weight,body mass index(BMI)and body fat rate between aerobic training and resistancetraining and aerobic training for female college students before and after the experiment.Aerobic training combined with resistance training was more effective in improving body fat rate.
