By using the methods of documentary, expert interview and logic analysis and combining the developing trend of competitive aerobic gymnastics, the thesis takes a deep research on the competitive ability of our country's competitive aerobic athletes. The research shows the reason why the competition result of our country's competitive aerobic athletes is comparatively low lies in the competitors' physical fitness.On the basis of the present researches and investigations of physical ability of home and abroad, the thesis has a preliminary research on the concept of physical ability of competitive aerobic dancing, the ingredient of physical ability and the rule of physical ability training and conclude that physical ability of competitive aerobic gymnastics is formed by specific strength, routing endurance, high co-ordination, activity speed, body appearance, muscle control, activity strength and so on. Physical ability training of competitive aerobic gymnastics includes basic physical ability training and profession physical ability. Physical ability training of competitive aerobic dancing should take on the principles of training from the real competition, arranging the activity load properly, the combination of physical fitness training and skill training, the systematic of the physical fitness training and so on. According to the developing trend of the world's competitive aerobic gymnastics and our country's present situation, the thesis devotes to find out the new idea of the physical fitness training of competitive aerobic gymnastics and contributes to the wishes that our country's competitive aerobic gymnastics should enter the world's first circle.
