| Significance of research purpose: This study investigated the effects of aerobic exercise,strength exercise,and aerobic combined strength exercise on the physical fitness of primary school students by conducting an eight-week training intervention for fourth-grade students in primary school.To provide relevant basis for effectively promoting school physical education to improve the physical fitness of children and adolescents.Research methods: All subjects were excluded from exercise contraindications.Three experimental groups participated in 8-week exercise interventions 3 times a week for 40 minutes each time.A control group completes the daily teaching tasks according to the normal school teaching schedule,and the class schedule is the same as the experimental group.The teaching tasks of regular physical education classes are the same.The four experimental groups used the smart hand and its platform system for heart rate detection during exercise.The bracelet automatically saved heart rate data every 2 seconds during the monitoring.All subjects before and after the intervention were tested for physical shape indicators such as height,weight,body composition,50-meter running,1-minute skipping,1-minute sit-ups,forward flexion in the sitting position,and "cross" quadrant turn-around jump and other physical fitness tests.Testing of functional indicators such as running,vital capacity,etc.Use spss22.Analyze and organize the measured experimental data,and express it as the mean ±standard deviation uniformly.P≤0.05 indicates that the data result is statistically significant.Research results: 1.Whether aerobic exercise,strength exercise or aerobic combined strength exercise can have a good impact on the physical fitness,physical function and body shape of children and adolescents.2.Aerobic exercises have significantly improved the coordination and flexibility of children and adolescents,reflecting a significant improvement in waist-to-hip ratio of abdominal obesity.At the same time,it has a more obvious effect on improving the cardiopulmonary capacity of children and adolescents.3.Strength exercises have significantly improved the explosive power and coordination of children and adolescents,and have a positive effect on the improvement of cardiopulmonary abilities.They also have a significant effect on the increase of skeletal muscle content.It can also effectively reduce the waisthip ratio and control the development of central obesity.4.Aerobic combined strength exercises have significantly improved children’s explosive power,muscle endurance and coordination qualities,and also have certain effects on the improvement of cardiopulmonary abilities,and also have significant effects on body shape indicators. |
