Nowadays, with the development of Economics, private education has gotten more rapid development. However, because of certain reasons such as management, many private schools often fall into plight. Therefore, we can seek through various channels the countermeasure reference that solves many problems and experience of private school. Using for reference is one kind of those. In the using for reference of experience we can not only run a school through studying foreign private school experience to come to seek the development of ourselves, but also will pay attention to the Republic of china in order to seek for lessons and the experiences of present private educational reference and promote the development of private education.Through the research of forefathers of the Republic of China proves the research of private middle school relatively weak, the papers or works that studied with a certain city as a scope are more rarity of rarities.
