Teaching is a objective rational behavior is especially important, therefore the teaching goal, the teacher always for a certain purpose and teaching. Can say the teaching goal is the core of education workers and soul, the teaching goal to become the focus of attention of the teachers’ teaching work and the key point. But that was not the case,"teaching target" the soul of the teaching constantly by teachers relentlessly ignorance and abandoned. The author in the research work is often the witness lost present situation, the teaching goal of more often than not as the guide to target, but feels traction. For teachers to the target even ignore the classroom teaching in contempt in low efficiency of teaching phenomenon also can be found everywhere. The author attractors among the more than three hundred bit the elementary school mathematics teacher target setting questionnaire, and to better understand the current teachers in goal setting some present situation, and through the questionnaire to understand their goal setting improved demand. On the basis of the author mainly from two aspects elaborated the main point of the text:a is combed the teaching objective optimization method. Help teachers combed the some how to focus on the specific goal, optimized objectives can operate method, help the teacher in the teaching better to develop practice; Two is to explain the objective optimization strategy and promote behavior improvement corresponding case.This research is mainly to can guide the teachers focus on target in the teaching function, with goals to guide teaching, teaching, teaching reflection, observed in a more effectively improve some of inefficient teaching behavior, improve the efficiency of the classroom teaching, make the goal really become the classroom teaching of the soul. Through the practice research shows that, when the teacher really focus on target, the light is no longer a myth, negative high quality teachers’ professional development in the process to be promoted.
