In today’s society, the science and technology is developing very fast, especially themultimedia technology and the Internet technology as the typical information technology isdeveloping rapidly. Thus, it requires that the application of multimedia teaching technology inthe field of education must change and innovate constantly. So, it leads a series of educationaltechnology practices’ appearance such as the high-quality curriculum website, the moderndistance education project in countryside, and the Kelihua teaching software. However, thepractice of Educational Technology in the implementation process have more or less problems.Therefore, to study the causes of these problems can avoid and reduce the problems happenfundamentally, which will have the very important theory significance and the practicalsignificance in the field of education. In this paper the author’s train of think is from that therehave a lot of problems in the series of educational technology practices such as the high-qualitycurriculum website, the modern distance education project in countryside and the Kelihuateaching software, there are happened by their achievements. The author think these problemsshould be solved urgently in order to promote the educational technology practice develop better.Then, the author summarize and analyse the root causes of these problems from the target setting.Therefore, this thesis is to the view of philosophical practice on target setting as the basis, toanalyse the cause on the problems of the educational technology practice is because of the targetsetting on the educational technology practice is not perfect. The concrete research contents maybe summarized as follows, first, to analyse Marx’s viewpoint of practice, practical reason and thetheory of practical norms on the content of target setting, to sum up the principles and generalmodel about the target of practice setting. Secondly, combining to the field of education, let theeducational technology practice to regulate the target of practice, and from a practical point tosummarize problems, make these problems associate with the target of practice setting. Then, itgives some solutions for problems of the educational technology practice. These are all the focusof this thesis, every part require to analysis deeply. Due to the author knows less on the theory ofphilosophy practice, so it may has limitation on the principles and general patterns about thetarget of practice setting. And, the summary problems in educational technology practice mayhave the deviation on understanding. Therefore, the author will further study to improveaccomplishment of philosophy, comprehensive understand the practice of educational technology,correct the errors in this paper. Through the research on this thesis, we summed up the problems on the practice ofeducational technology and find causes, and provide some suggestions, the author hopes to givesome help on educational technology practice in target setting.
