The Precautionary Education And Social Work Intervention On Adolescent Illegality And Crime

In recent years, teenager illegality and crime is increasingly serious withmany new characteristics and new trends, mainly reflecting in an overall stagerise of the number of criminal cases, the increasing of crime types and，thelowering ages of the criminal and so on. These are quite harmful to the society,family and youth themselves. Moreover, this has become a prominent socialproblem, and also is a problem urgently to be solved. Therefore the teenagerprevention becomes an effective way to solve the problem.Taking the teenager illegality and crime prevention education ofWulanchabu for instance, analyzes the present situation of teenager illegalityand crime of Wulanchabu, then concludes the problems of the preventioneducation, and suggests how to perfect the prevention educationmacroscopically. Microcosmically this thesis uses group work in social workprofessional approach, case work and community work to intervene inteenager illegality and crime prevention education, and help teenagers to setup correct view of the world, life and value, learn interpersonal skills andcultivate social responsibility in order to enhance self-confidence, teamcooperation consciousness and sense of honor and get better used to thesociety. These are accomplished by designing three group activities, twocommunity activities and also individual tutoring. In addition, after theintervention, by the intervention process and results evaluation, this thesisexplores adolescent social work practice model of suitable teenager crimeprevention education to promote innovation and development of domesticsocial work.The whole thesis consists of introduction, the main three chapters，conclusion and references:The introduction, mainly introduced the topic goal, significance of research synthesis and research methods.The first chapter, definited teenager illegality and crime and introducedthe investigation points situation.The second chapter, analysed the present situation of teenager illegalityand crime of Wulanchabu, summary teenager crime types, causes,characteristics and hazards.The third chapter, put forward the teenager illegality and crime thateducation taking on preventive of the Wulanchabu as well as perfect therecommendations, and use of the working methods of the social to intervenein the illegal by teenager education on taking preventive, and to intervene inthe results assessment of, to put forward tangible methods.In conclusion, it proposed that the Wulanchabu teenager illegality andcrime prevention education should be consider five aspects: family, school,social, law enforcement and community. We should focus on the constructionof community education, enrich the community cultural and communityservices, establish community support network. The above measures willensure that the community education play an important role in the preventionof teenager illegality and crime.
