Building Up The Teenagers' Crime Prevention Strategy From The Perspective Of Sub-culture

During the past twenty years, teenagers' crime has become a worldwide social problem. Thus, How to build up a good crime prevention system becomes an urgent problem that need to be solved. The Positivist School investigates the cause of crime, and proposes a series of measures to prevent crime, which is the blueprint of how to prevent teenagers' crime. This article will discuss the relationship between sub-culture and teenagers' crime, and will also discuss the way of building up the prevention system of teenagers' crime.This article is divided into three chapters, except introduction and conclusion.Chapter One is mainly about the concept, scope of teenager's crime and the current situation in China, and try to investigate the feature and causes of teenagers' crime, then on the basis of Sociology of Crime research how to prevent teenagers' crime from the perspective of social and culture, sub-culture of teenagers.Chapter Two, based on Chapter One, analyzes what the relationship between culture and crime; indicates culture and sub-culture is not simple concept, but complex. So we should analyze teenagers' crime from the perspective of culture and sub-culture, make systematic and specific explanation on culture and sub-culture, and further research the theory of how sub-culture influence teenagers' crime.In consideration of the significant influence of sub-culture on teenager's crime, Chapter Three certificates how to establish a prevention system of teenagers' crime. Culture and sub-culture must be highlighted, and to establish a strategy of preventing teenagers' crime from the perspective of sub-culture is important .From the perspective of resisting sub-culture, there are two meanings: first, make efforts to establish main-stream culture, and make it in charge of other sub-culture; second, set up specific system to make teenagers get away from sub-culture and be engaged in the strong influence of main-stream culture.
