In recent years, media like the internet and newspaper have reported criminal conducts such as fighting, assaulting or even killing by high school, middle school or even primary school students.It’s safe to say that phenomena of teenagers’ commiting violent crimes are very common. The rise of the ratio of teenagers who committed violent crimes is increasing year by year, and the deterioration of their nature have draw extensive attention from the country and all sectors of society. This made people couldn’t help thinking, what’s wrong with the kids today.In macroscopic view, teenager crime concern social stability and the future of the country; while in microscopic view, if teenager crime is not curbed, teenager criminals could be future adult criminals or even habitual criminals. What’s more, because of the violent nature of violent crime, the harm and pain it brings to the country, society, the victim and the criminal himself are more direct, deep and hard to remedy comparing to other types of crime.Teenagers are experiencing a period when their physiology and mentality are still maturing and developing; they lack certain capability of self-control and telling right from wrong. Thus they are very vulnerable to all sorts of malicious information, part of which even directly or indirectly caused the teenagers to commit crimes. In the mean time, teenagers haven’t formed stable view of life and value, so they are very easy to be reformed. Providing right and positive guidance, effective prevention of violent crime can be achieved.How to prevent the teenagers from committing violent crimes and effectively control the rise of the ratio of teenager violent crime is the key and challenge in practice. This paper starts with discussing the current status of the teenager violent crime of our country to elicit the researching meaning of this paper. Use the characteristics of teenagers’ physical and mental development as the foundation; study the mental mechanism of teenager violent crime in the angle of criminal psychology. In others words, how do teenagers in their growing and constant influence of interior mentality and exterior stimulus, gradually form a mental structure that tend to violent conducts, when the motive is formed how does the motive exteriorized to be actual violent crime conducts and interactions between those factors during this process.This paper mainly includes five following parts:Part one: introduction. This part introduced the brief situation of teenager violent crime and its mental mechanism. Including related study of teenager violent crime of our country, and the definition of teenager violent crime and violent crime psychological mechanism. In the end elicit the theme of this paper.Part two: the formation of the mental structure of teenager violent tendencies. This part starts from individual biological factors, discussed process mental structure(cognitive structure, mood and emotional structure, will structure) of teenager violent tendencies and the formation of individual mental structure, discussed different patterns of teenager violent mental structure formation, to study the whole formation process of teenager violent tendencies mental structure.Part three: the generation of violent crime motive. This part introduced the need of committing violent crimes of teenagers, and then it converted into crime motives and discussed the formation progress of motives, lastly concluded characteristics and recognition of teenager violent crime motives.Part four: exteriorization of teenager violent crime mentality. This part majorly introduced the actual process from interior(mental level) to exterior(conducts) under the influence of criminal will. doing concrete discussion of this process through exteriorization mechanism.Part five: prevention countermeasures against teenager violent crime. This part is the aim of this paper, meaning through prevention and curbing of three ways to realize: 1 build a healthy mental structure for teenagers to prevent the formation of violent tendencies mental structure: 2 curb the formation of teenager violent crime motives; 3 cut the exteriorization process of teenager violent crime mentality to violent crime conducts. Discuss how to prevent the formation of teenager violent tendencies mental structure and prevention of teenager violent crime conducts through concrete elaboration of the mentioned three ways.
