In the process of reform and opening-up, our country society develops uneven situation, the development of city and country is not balanced. This is manifested in the education development is also more prominent, namely city especially large and medium city education to accelerate the pace of development, more and more high level, and the development of rural education is relatively slow speed, the low level of. At present, many problems exist in the rural education, growth and development of the rural junior middle school students, is one of the prominent problems. Rural junior middle school students with learning difficulties situation how? They exist what problem in development? How to help them to solve these problems in order to promote themselves and other students a full development? Is an important task of rural middle school education and the moral education work of middle school, is also the main issues to be discussed.In this paper, except the introduction, is divided into three parts:the first part, the basic situation analysis of rural middle school students with learning difficulties, especially the existing problems. This paper thinks, at present the main problems of rural junior middle school learning difficulties students are:self attribution improper; lack of learning motivation and interest in learning; knowledge base is not firm; learning method is improper and so on. In this paper, it is believed that the main causes are:family environment and education is not enough; low teachers’ comprehensive quality and improper teaching behavior; rural junior middle school education make false moves and campus atmosphere is not good; the adverse effects of social environment etc.. The third part, put forward countermeasures to the transformation of rural middle school students with learning difficulties:improve the comprehensive quality and rural teachers’ teaching ability; to strengthen ideological and political education of students with learning difficulties, stimulate their learning initiative; strengthens between the school, parents, teachers and students exchange; to optimize the environment, for students to create a good atmosphere of growth etc..
