With the continuous development of Kunshan’s economy,a large number of migrant workers have flowed into Kunshan,and the children of most migrant workers will be enrolled in rural junior high schools in Kunshan,which has brought great challenges to Kunshan rural junior high school education.Among them,the students with learning difficulties in rural junior middle school is one of the more prominent problems.In the research,it is found that these students are psychologically rebellious,lazy and inferior,and their behaviors are characterized by poor morality,poor habits and poor academic performance.These performances have profound causes,and there is an urgent need for front-line teachers and educators to be able to clearly understand the resulting factors and take effective measures to solve them.This paper mainly uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and observation interview method.Students mainly have psychological and behavioral manifestations such as rebellion,low self-esteem,fatigue,bad thoughts and morals,bad behavior habits and low academic performance.There are three main reasons for these performances: one is the teacher’s factor,mainly because some teachers lack love for students,improper education methods and low comprehensive literacy;the second is the school factor,which is manifested in the single evaluation of school teaching and teachers The relationship between students is not harmonious and the atmosphere of the class is poor.The third is the student’s own factors,mainly weak basic knowledge and skills,lack of sufficient learning motivation,lack of good learning habits and lack of correct learning methods.To this end,the study puts forward corresponding transformation measures: one is to stimulate learning motivation,develop good learning habits,and master learning methods;second,teachers care for students,adopt layered education and teaching methods,and improve teachers’ own qualities;third,school establishment Diversified teaching evaluation,establishing aharmonious teacher-student relationship,creating a good class atmosphere and fully tapping the flash points of students with learning difficulties.According to the causes of poor students in different junior middle schools in rural areas,corresponding transformation measures are adopted for teaching practice,and the transformation effect is remarkable.
