Since the80s, the development of China’s vocational education is on the right track gradually. In the country, strongly advocated by China vocational education no matter on the construction of infrastructure, or in the recruitment of students scale and the teachers level has greatly improved. But we should face up to such a reality:the current development of China’s vocational education is relatively backward, and not for the modernization construction to provide more human resources.Rural vocational education as an important part of vocational education in China, the development of vocational education, and promote rural economy plays a vital role. In China, the rural population accounts for about two-thirds of social population, the special national conditions more highlights the necessity and importance of rural vocational education development. But relative to the entire Chinese education, China’s rural vocational education is the most weak link, from the power of the hardware facilities on the enrollment quality and cultivate teachers needs to be improved.Rural vocational school teachers shoulder the mission of advancing the rural vocational education development, they are direct practitioners of rural vocational education. Their career development process is able to reflect the current rural vocational school teachers’ living conditions, reflect the problems of rural vocational education. Based on two rural vocational school teachers as the research object, using the life cycle of the research methods, through the present two teachers’ career development, reveals the current China’s rural vocational school teachers’ living conditions and problems of rural vocational education, to explore the reason of difficulty of rural vocational education development in China.Full-text consists of six chapters, the specific content is as follows:The first chapter, the introduction part, mainly introduces the research origin, research questions, research purpose and significance; The second chapter is literature review; Chapter3is research design, including concept definition, research methods, research process, research ethics from three aspects; The fourth chapter mainly presents the research object of career experience, with two teachers’ career development process for the order, from school to the current situation; The fifth chapter mainly through two teacher’s career development process, to reveal the current rural vocational school teachers’ working condition and the present situation of the rural vocational education, explore the reason of difficulty of rural vocational education development in China; Chapter vi for the researchers of this study reflect.Research conclusions:first, the current China’s rural vocational school teachers present a no pressure no power working condition; Second, China’s rural vocational education is common education environment gestated "freak", presents the amateur education, as well as a way of not normal the status quo of education; Three, the development of China’s rural vocational education, conflict with the desire of the rural students, school teachers lack of structure, national policy implementation effect is not good is the cause of the current rural vocational education development difficult.
