Nowadays, the government and the Communist Party of Chia pay much attention tovocational education, so it brings the vocational education to a new step. With theinvestment to vocational education increased, it grows rapidly, and has become animportant part of the education. At the same time, its influence for promoting economy,propelling social development and improving education quality becomes more and moreobvious. Vocational school teachers’ development is essential to vocational education. Fora long time, human resources study of secondary vocational school analyzes thecharacteristics of secondary vocational school teachers’ work, demand and managementand so on from a static angle, not from a career development point of view and withoutcombing teachers’ development with schools. Few people analyze it from a dynamic aspect.Therefore, this paper laid much attention to career development from this kind of aspect. Itshowed different problems about career development and proposed some countermeasure,as there are different characteristics in different stages.We come to the conclusion that what is the current situation of secondary vocationschool teachers’ career development and why there are some deficiencies. And both ofthem base on the research. Questionnaire and interview methods are adopted in thisresearch. In order to make the result be objective and credible, the entire datum are randomsampling.There are six chapters in the article. The first chapter is about the background andsignificance of this topic, briefly introducing the research content and frame. The secondchapter is about the career development theory and the current situation. The main idea inchapter two is about the definition of Secondary Vocational School Teachers; CareerDevelopment; Occupational Burnout; Occupation Incentive System. The third chapter isabout the introduction of the current situation of secondary vocational school teachers’career development, through Questionnaire and interview. The current situation ofsecondary vocation school teachers’ career development, deficiencies and its reasons areintroduced in the fourth chapter. In the fifth chapter, taking Vocational School A as anexample, effective strategies are proposed from three aspects, individual, school andsociety. The sixth chapter is a conclusion and expectation.
