"Emulating Dazhai on Agriculture" Campaign is a historical event, it is an important historical part of Chinese Socialist Construction. It formed different extents of myths among the whole nation. The inheritance and development of Dazhai spirit is not only confined to that age, It is a significant campaign after the establishment of New China in1949. While the "Emulating Dazhai on Agriculture" Campaign was in full swing, there was a pasturing Dazhai emerged in Inner Mongolia Prairie in the beginning of1960s, which was Uushinjoo commune. My thesis centers on the process of the transformation of Uushinjoo to pasturing Dazhai. Adopts the methodology of data collection and filed research, combines the research method of history and ethnology. The thesis tries to reveal the truth of history. This thesis consists of three parts: the introduction, the body and the conclusion. The introduction is the purpose and meaning, related researches and research methodology of the thesis selection. Chapter one accounts for the exemplary deeds of the pasturing "Dazhai" and the perspective of historians and the comments of newspapers and journals. Chapter two based on the field research narrates the true feelings and opinions of the personally experienced people and the social conditions of that time. Chapter three introduces the situations of learning from Uushinjoo across the nation after the found of pasturing "Dazhai", and how the pasturing "Dazhai" be made as model at different times and the various myths and ballads be spread after the found of pasturing "Dazhai". Finally, in the conclusion, the author concludes the opinion, that is the appearance of pasturing "Dazhai" was not on its own development, but depended on a supporting regime which has gained politically and propagandistic advantages.
