In the process of transition from test education to quality education, more and more researchers found that non-intelligence factor in the study plays an extremely important role。At the junior middle school stage, the students’ rapid psychological change makes the non-intellectual factors that determine the middle school students’ achievement become the main factors。Research and develop students’ non-intelligence factors to improve the teaching effect in the role has become the current curriculum reform the pivatal problem。On non-intelligent factors in the role of junior high school teaching are discussed in this paper, from the point of view of ideology and moral character。It includes theory research and practice research. Part of the theory to the content of the research are reviewed form research significance, research status, research methods and innovation points。Then it studies the meaning of non-intellectual factors and examine the relations between IF(Intelligence Factor) and NIF. Besides, it also studies the non-intelligence factors present situation research and development at home and abroad in detail, and discusses the non-intellectual factors on students’ moral character learning effect。The practice part has divided into two parts。One is middle school students learning non-intelligent factors condition survey research, and the other is the teaching practice in the non-intellectual factors under the guidance of the theory in the junior middle school thought moral character in the process of teaching。A questionnaire survey about non-intellectual factors in middle school students’study is investigated in two schools in Xiangcheng Distrct。The research uses three grades for contrast test objects, and analyses the contents one by one。It will provide a referance for the future teaching practice, make the Moral character of classroom teaching keep a watchful eye on the non-intellectual factors。And it will also improve the effectiveness of education。In the teaching practice, the author mainly explores it from five aspects。First, four non-intellectual factors of students must be emphasized, that is interest, emotion, will and habit。Second, this four aspects must be trained before class, in class and after class。Then related training strategies about non-intellectual factors in ideological and moral lessons will be proposed。Last but not least,teachers’ attention should be improved。...
