A Study On The Training Path Of Non-intellectual Factors Of College Students In Ideological And Political Education

Only by paying attention to the development of quality education can the comprehensive development of college students be improved.It is the key factor to develop college students' non-intelligence ability.With the continuous improvement and development of China's education system,ideological and political education in colleges and universities has undertaken important responsibilities and missions for social stability and progress.The key educational object of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is contemporary college students.As the future backbone of society,college students should have the comprehensive development of intelligence and non-intelligence.Ideological and political education in colleges and universities can not be completed effectively only with good intellectual factors,and vice versa.Because the traditional ideological and political education in colleges and universities neglects the cultivation of the non-intellectual factors of the educated,it is difficult for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities to achieve the expected effect.As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,the status and role of non-intellectual factors should be highlighted in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities to adapt to the development requirements of the new era.Based on the existing data,this paper expounds the meaning and characteristics of intelligence factors and non-intelligence factors,and analyzes the problems and causes of non-intelligence factors of college students by investigating the current situation of non-intelligence factors of college students in ideological and political education.According to professor yan guocai's definition of non-intellectual factors,non-intellectual factors are divided into five aspects: emotion,interest,motivation,willpower and character.Through the sampling questionnaire of five questions from five colleges and universities in Shanxi Province,we can have an in-depth understanding of the current situation of non-intellectual factors of college students.On the basis of practice investigation and combining theory,this paper analyzes the correlation between ideological and political education in colleges and universities and non-intellectual factors.Starting from the aspects of educational objects,educational environment,educational classes and educators,this paper probes into the cultivation paths of non-intellectual factors for college students in ideological and political education.In a word,in today's society with rapid development,studying the cultivation path of non-intellectual factors in college students' ideological and political education is not only conducive to the overall development of college students,but also conducive to improving the efficiency of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Ideological and political education in colleges and universities undertakes the education of world outlook,outlook on life and values of college students,and is an important carrier of ideological education in China.The cultivation of non-intellectual factors of college students is the top priority of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Cultivating good non-intellectual factors of college students and applying them to ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a practical guarantee to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
