In recent years, with the constant development of our economy, various economic development zones are ceaseless emerge in large numbers, for the country, region economy progress made important contribution, but, with the rise of Economic Development Zones, the children of migrant workers in the development zones school is increasing, due to the area and the family background difference, caused part of school students the relatively weak. In view of such schools in the teaching of mathematical concepts in the problem of existence and difficulty, focus in the first grade of research, in order to optimize mathematics concept teaching method, improving of similar school students in mathematics concept learning effect, and enlighten the teacher’s teaching.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part:discusses the optimization of the teaching of mathematical concept background and the significance, introduced the research content and method.The second part:discuss the optimization mathematics concept teaching method research and the oretical basis.The third part:the development zone weak school mathematics concept teaching of students questionnaire, interviews, and analysis.The fourth part:from the student factors, teacher factors, material factors, technical factors such as education of mathematics concept teaching problem cause of formation, and puts forward the teaching optimization. The factor of students and teaching methods optimization including:low starting point to concept, improve the students’ability to accept; change the abstract image, improve students’conceptual understanding; fast feedback correction, promote students to firmly grasp the concept; the reflection of patching the holes, construction of the concept of network; pay attention to students’ concept learning in the cultivation of non intelligence factors. Teachers’ factors and teaching optimization includes:To explore activity as the way, understanding conceptual meaning; highlight the concept of process of teaching activities, to develop student’s thinking; mining the essence of concept, construct the new system of knowledge; grasp the relationships between concepts, conceptual framework.The fifth part:the conclusion and summary on the inadequacy in the process, put forward.
