A Research On The High-lever Track And Field Team Management Of Some Universities In Hunan Province

The purpose of the construction of high-level sports teams of colleges and universities is to train some sports talents to get integrated development and become high-level for the country, the goal is to complete the World University Games and major international and domestic sports competition, and make contributions to National Olympic Glorious Program and the sustainable development of competitive sports.According to the research needs, I have conducted field visits and sent questionnaires to the high-level track and field teams of Hunan Normal University, Hunan University, Central South University, and Xiangtan University, and interviewed some high-level sports teams leaders, coaches and athletes on relevant content. Through the integration of data, combined with literature data collection, and making use of other research methods such as mathematical statisticss, I have done a comparatively comprehensive and detailed study on the high-lever track and field team management of some universities in Hunan province, conclusions are as follows:(1)Some universities in Hunan Province implement comprehensive preferential policies in terms of enrollment, student status management and graduate management for the high-level athletes; can fairly meet the needs of athletes.(2)Some universities in Hunan Province adopt a credit management policy mainly based on multiplying factor in the high-level athlete teaching management, besides, athletes scheduling, curriculum and accommodation differs little from ordinary college students.(3) In terms of athletes’ training and game management, they have flexible schedule to ensure daily training, however, the game-delayed learning mainly be caught up by athletes’self-study. (4)As for the rewards and punishment policy, comprehensive reward considers various athletic performance; implements in the form of material rewards combined with spiritual rewards, policy incentives as an important supplement; the content of material rewards and spiritual rewards is single; recognition and rewards at the end of the big game; incentive policies have a high-level understanding among the athletes and coaches.
